    PURPOSE OF POSITION
    The purpose of the New Car Sales Associate is to ensure an extraordinary client experience
    while creating client advocates. The New Car Sales Associate will assist the Sales Consultant in
    the sales process by performing tasks essential to producing results while not actually closing the
    sales.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may
    be assigned.
    Answers Sales Consultant’s incoming calls
    Greets Sales Consultant’s clients when necessary
    Assists with appraisal of trade-ins
    Knows and utilizes Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
    Knows and utilizes Auto Alert to prospect for opportunities within Sales Consultant’s client base
    Pulls cars from inventory to assist Sales Consultant
    Wipes down cars when necessary
    Conducts deliveries
    Fills deliveries with gas
    Takes sold inventory to make ready/prep center
    Assists with off-site deliveries and presentations
    Performs product presentations if Sales Consultant is unavailable
    Transports cars to offsite locations (including for dealer trades)
    Understands and implements the Park Place Sales Process

    Maintains a thorough knowledge of the inventory
    Maintains a thorough knowledge of the product including: technical specifications, exterior color
    options, interior trim options, optional and standard equipment and competitive advantages.
    Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to
    achieve client satisfaction
    Knows and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to
    all applicable requirements
    Attends weekly department meetings

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related
    experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
    Valid U.S. Driver’s License is required.
