Digital Analysis and Creation Manage and enhance, key digital marketing vendor relationships, including but not limited to Cox / Dealer.com, Engage, AutoTrader, DuPont, CarGurus, and AutoAlert. Measure, analyze and communicate the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs). Continuously review and analyze OEM and dealership sales and implement the latest digital marketing trends/strategies to continuously drive qualified traffic to Avondale dealerships. Incorporate OEM and dealership sales & service monthly specials into all digital and multi-touch campaigns. Partners with Variable Directors to improve inventory merchandising for maximum effectiveness. Website Strategy Develop and optimize all website properties to align with business goals, brand strategy, and defined KPIs. Research, identify and coordinate website enhancements that align with Avondale and OEM brand strategy. Incorporate business strategy into website execution strategies to ensure alignment with overarching organizational goals. Operational Marketing Analyze first and third-party data through CRM and other platforms to generate targeted lists for email marketing campaigns, capitalizing on identified business opportunities. Create and deploy email marketing campaigns in the marketing analytics and email marketing platform. Report performance of email marketing campaigns to marketing and store leadership and make adjustments for effective execution. Engage with the OEM Marketing sites to ensure current assets are being leveraged across campaigns. Work with the Marketing Team to submit quarterly/annual Marketing Plans by OEM, based off each OEM's requirements. Manage and submit appropriate plans and documentation for manufacturer co-op reimbursement and track the reimbursable expenses to ensure they are reimbursed properly. Project Management and Scheduling Responsible for comprehensive management of all marketing department projects, including the oversight of project timelines and execution reporting. Assign and follow up on project tasks that facilitate effective collaboration with internalteam members and external partners. Manage and schedule engagements with vendor partners, such as photography and video production teams, and communicate these schedules with our store teams. Digital Merchandising and Website Compliance Execute digital merchandising and proactively conduct website compliance audits for all website properties, reporting necessary changes to vendor partners. Partner with the Digital Marketing Director to strategize ongoing website improvements and changes, while managing the scheduling, project management, and implementation. Interpret and implement manufacture compliance requirements. Manage communication and expectations between vendor and manufacturer partners. Reporting and Analytics Maintain successful scores for OEM website audits. Ensure timely delivery of monthly reports to the dealerships by the 5th of each month. Analyze YoY website traffic and conversion rate growth, as well as overall sales and service opportunities.
